James Quest

Jim has worked as executive management consultant, senior healthcare industry leader, and founder. He’s successfully delivered several hundred million dollars of complex transformational change initiatives across multiple organizations over his 25 year career. His experience spans Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, and Web/Internet industries. Jim has a strong track record of helping start-ups up through Fortune 50 sized organizations realize tremendous returns on their key initiatives. Jim founded and oversees Matridyne, a project and technology delivery consultancy, Vysona, a pre-seed startup building next generation consumer AI applications, and co-hosts the Project Pundits Unplugged Pod. People who are dependent on Jim for a paycheck think he’s hilarious.

Braden Jacobs

Husband, Family Man with Six Daughters, Jack of All Trades…Master of None, Musician, Comedian, Tech Whisperer, Avid Home Improvement Enthusiast and Occasional Astronomer. My opinions should be everyone’s.

Braden has spent most of his 25-ish year career in program and project management, primarily in the healtcare sector. Over that period he has spent his time in the trenches, having filled many of the foundational roles of IT project delivery (analysis, development, design, QA) in addition to his PM experience. His progression in delivery management came organically, as he assumed increasingly broader responsibility for more complex and strategic initiatives, moving from execution to strategy and planning, to organizational design and management, and implementing program offices and best practices. Braden is currently working at DocMe360 as a Program Management consultant for the Veteran’s Affairs department, and is the senior co-host of the Project Pundits Unplugged Pod. Because titles are so important.
